The Spotwee trademark and editorial materials produced by OBVEON GROUP are the property of OBVEON GROUP, except for content provided by users, venue owners or third parties. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation constitutes infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer users are entitled to free recourse to a consumer mediator for any dispute related to a service provided by Spotwee, after a prior written complaint to Spotwee that has remained without satisfactory response. Spotwee will designate, before the public launch of the consumer service, a consumer mediator referenced by the CECMC and competent for its sector of activity. The mediator's contact details will be published in this legal notice upon designation.
