Pursuant to Article 6-III of French law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the following information is provided to users of the Spotwee website regarding the identity of the parties involved in its creation and operation.
The content available on the Spotwee website — including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, layouts and editorial elements — is protected under intellectual property law. The Spotwee trademark and editorial materials produced by OBVEON GROUP are the property of OBVEON GROUP, except for content provided by users, venue owners or third parties. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation constitutes infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer user may refer any dispute relating to a service provided by Spotwee to a consumer mediator free of charge, after a prior written complaint sent to Spotwee has gone unanswered or received no satisfactory response.

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services, Spotwee designates a single point of contact allowing recipients of the service, Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services to communicate with it directly by electronic means, at contact@spotwee.com. Communications may be sent in French, English or German.
These legal notices are governed by French law, except where mandatory provisions applicable to consumers require otherwise.
